This reminds me of the time my daughter went to this beauty parlor for facial hair waxing. My daughter had a moderate amount of facial hair. But the beautician says to her, “Underneath ALL that hair is a pretty girl.”

I guess, like you said, a girl’s or woman’s face is supposed to be as smooth as a baby’s bottom.
