My daughter and son-in-law both have crazy work schedules. The grandkids are 6 and 8 but they still need attention--especially when school is out. So, during the summer, we get the kids over for a week or so. Or we go over to our daughter's for a bit to help them out.

You're right. Parents are absolutely exhausted. And they need help.
