Jan, as an almost-vegetarian, I skipped over some of the pics but this was an interesting read. When I was in Zimbabwe, I was offered Mopane worms as a snack. I refused but some of my friends ate them. They said the worms tasted like fried shrimp. Squeamish me still couldn't eat them.

I didn't know about eating rats in India. That was quite an eye-opener.
