I have a young friend in his mid-thirties, who loves climbing mountains and jumping out of airplanes. He’s married to a lovely girl who shares his passion. He doesn’t want kids, he says, because their lifestyle is too risky. It’s a trade off he’s happy to make. I guess to each his own.
